Lindsay Lohan  reportedly is discussing a role in the upcoming "Superman" remake.  Lohan was released from rehab last month.

People reports that the starlet is currently being investigated in connection with a missing necklace worth $2,500. The necklace has since been returned to the jewelry store. However, if Lohan is found to have taken the necklace she could still face prosecution.
